The first thing on screen is a registration plate field. No menu to read, no page to hunt through — type the plate, pick what the car needs, done. Booking runs in three steps, and every service shows its price and how long it takes before anyone commits.

A loyalty card sits behind a phone number alone: four stamps, no account to create, no app to install. The whole thing is navigated from a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen, within thumb reach.
